No More Sweet Cravings!

Just one table spoon of Protein peanut butter helps me reduce cravings for candy, chocolate or any sweets, it also has all the (good fats) my body needs to burn more calories and (bad fats). Sometimes I mix it with a protein shake and crushed ice right before my workout.

Note: Do not use regular peanut butter!!! you can get the protein one at any vitamin store.
